CareMATRIX takes the time to visit with you personally to assess you or your loved one’s cognitive, social, physical, clinical, and geographic needs. This type of assessment, along with a heartfelt review of your finances, is how we base our process of matching you or your loved one with the housing options that would best fit YOU.
Then, you choose from the communities we present to you and we move forward with scheduling tours. We know that your time is precious, that’s why we don’t want to waste your time considering or touring facilities that won’t fit your needs.
We’re your trusted representative
After you’ve chosen from the options presented to you, we take the initiative to coordinate and attend community tours with you. Our role during the tour is to ask the right questions about the quality of care – often times, our clients aren’t sure of what to ask.
